Each year, the Junior League of St. Joseph awards Community Assistance and Literacy Grants to agencies and schools throughout the community. The Community Assistance Grant is dedicated to assisting local non-for-profit agencies that further the mission and vision of the Junior League. The Literacy Grant is to aid in the funding of at least one local school library. This grant assists a local school in purchasing new books and library materials to aid in the promotion of literacy in our community.
